Tony Cascarino has said on talkSPORT (9:35am, June 11, 2022) that Darwin Nunez will replace Roberto Firmino at Liverpool, not Sadio Mane.
The former Chelsea striker has noted that striker Nunez plays down the middle and not out wide, which is why he is the replacement for Brazilian forward Firmino.

When Mohamed Salah, Mane and Firmino start for Liverpool, it is the Brazilian who plays down the middle.
Senegal international forward Mane has been linked with a move away, with Bayern Munich set to make a third bid for him.
Benfica have already announced that Nunez will join Liverpool in the summer transfer window.
Cascarino said on talkSPORT (9:35am, June 11, 2022) when asked who Nunez will replace in the Liverpool team: “Firmino, I would think. He won’t play on the wing, he will play down the middle. It will be that position.”

Darwin Nunez to replace Roberto Firmino at Liverpool
In our view, Darwin Nunez will play as the central striker at Liverpool, which means that Roberto Firmino’s place in the team is in doubt.
The £180,000-a-week (Spotrac) Brazil international forward had injury problems last season and had limited impact on the team.
The Liverpool no. 9 made 10 starts and 10 substitute appearance in the Premier League, scoring five goals and giving four assists in the process.
Firmino scored five goals in seven Champions League games for the Reds.
