Sheffield Wednesday host Sheffield United on Sunday, in the first Steel City derby since February 2012.

Carlos Carvalhal has revealed that three of Sheffield Wednesday’s injured quintet are back “on the pitch” ahead of Sunday’s Steel City derby against Sheffield United.
United boss Chris Wilder chose to keep his cards close to his chest when asked earlier this week about the Blades’ fitness issues.
But his Owls counterpart Carvalhal had no such reservations when asked for an update during Friday’s press conference at Middlewood.

“I can answer, unlike my colleague,” the Portuguese joked, in an interview broadcast via Wednesday’s official Facebook page. “I will give all the information.
“We have in full training Sam Hutchinson and Almen Abdi, and Glenn Loovens is also on the pitch. After this, nothing new comparing with the past. So George Boyd is still recovering and Fernando Forestieri is recovering from the surgery.”
Wednesday have been without captain Loovens and key midfielder Hutchinson since August’s 1-1 draw against Queens Park Rangers at Hillsborough, while £3 million man Abdi hasn’t played since the following week’s home game with Sunderland – which also ended all square at one apiece.

Nevertheless, the Owls have gained an impressive 11 points from their five outings since the latter, putting them among the division’s form sides.
Indeed, only Leeds United and Sheffield United have picked up more (both 12) in that time.
Should any of Loovens, Hutchinson and Abdi feature for Sheffield Wednesday against the Blades on Sunday?
