Jamie Carragher has told Sky Sports, during their live Super Sunday coverage, that he absolutely loves watching Leeds United’s Luke Ayling.
Ayling has excelled since Leeds promotion to the Premier League, with Marcelo Bielsa deploying him as both a right-back and in the centre of their defence.
And Carragher says that he really enjoys watching Ayling play, due to his commitment and driving runs down the right.
“You look at this guy, he’ll have a big job on his hands up against Harvey Barnes,” Carragher said.
“But I think he’s been one outstanding players certainly in this Leeds team, and one of the players I love watching in the Premier League.
“He doesn’t just play at right-back, also a centre-back – but you see him marauding up that right-hand side.”
Harvey Barnes actually got the better of Ayling early on in Leeds’ game at the weekend, but the Whites defender got back on top as the match progressed.

Barnes fired Leicester into an early lead, but Bielsa’s men were able to turn things around and pick up an impressive 3-1 victory.
The win means that Leeds have now been victorious in their last two outings, as they continue to climb up the Premier League table.
Ayling and Leeds will next be in action tomorrow evening, when they take on Everton tomorrow evening.
