Jamie Carragher has criticised Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah for making such little impact after coming on against Burnley yesterday, as per his comments live on Sky Sports.
Salah was introduced for Liverpool early on in the second-half, as the Reds searched for a breakthrough against Burnley.
However, the Premier League’s top scorer drew another blank as Liverpool eventually slipped to a 1-0 defeat.
Salah’s best chance came soon after he was brought on, when Georginio Wijnaldum played him through, but his shot was well saved by Nick Pope.
The Egyptian failed to have much of an impact on the game, other than in that moment.
And Carragher actually was frustrated with Salah, as he felt the Liverpool forward just kept running straight into Burnley defender, Charlie Taylor.

“When Mo Salah came on you think he’s going to inject some freshness, but three or four times he got one on one v the left-back and he just ran straight into him,” he said.
Salah has not looked himself for some time now, but he is hardly the only player struggling at Anfield.
All of Liverpool’s usual front three are failing to show their best currently, with the Reds now going over four matches without scoring.
