Jamie Carragher has hailed the form of Danny Welbeck, while praising their attacking talent.
Arsenal’s defending has sparked a real discussion point after their midweek collapse against Anderlecht.
Yet it should not be forgotten that their attack is in impressive form, notably new signing Alexis Sanchez.
Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has praised the club’s options going forward, and says that fellow new boy Danny Welbeck deserves some credit too.
He told SkySports: “Alexis has got most of the goals in recent weeks but I have been impressed with Welbeck’s link-up play and the way he creates space for his team-mates.
“Chamberlain has had his moments, too, and with Walcott as an option, probably from the bench for the next few weeks at least, Arsenal will continue to keep us on the edge of our seat.”

Welbeck’s ability to play little intricate passes in the final third, accurately, is important to his success with Arsenal, and benefits his teammates, notably as Carragher points out, Sanchez, who is scoring regularly.
The 23-year-old England international has no goals or assists in his last four games, but he has has been an integral part of Arsenal scoring 10 times in those matches thanks to his overall contribution.
