Sheffield Wednesday have completed the signing of Will Buckley today.

Sheffield Wednesday boss Carlos Carvalhal has told Sky Sports’ EFL Podcast that he still wants to bring in more players before the close of the transfer window.
Wednesday have made some impressive signings already this summer, with the additions of Steven Fletcher and Almen Abdi being particularly eye-catching.

However, Carvalhal is not finished with renovating his Wednesday squad, and he insists that more new arrivals could sign up at Hillsborough before the end of the month.
“We are better this season than last year, but we still need players,” Carvalhal said, when asked whether Wednesday would make more signings before the end of the transfer window. “But we have more quality at this moment than last season. We will try to bring in players.”

In total Wednesday have made four new additions this summer, as they look to build on their impressive campaign from last season.
Wednesday made it all the way to the play off final last term, but they were beaten at Wembley by Hull City.
Carvalhal’s men will be wanting to go one better this time around, and make their long-awaited return to the Premier League.
Wednesday start their season at the weekend, with a tricky match against fellow promotion hopefuls, Aston Villa, at Hillsborough.
