Spurs face Inter Milan on Wednesday night in a must-win Champions League clash.

Carlo Cudicini has told Italian newspaper Gazzetta Dello Sport that Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium is testament to the growth of the club, and discussed Spurs’ clash against Inter Milan on Wednesday night.
Spurs look set to relocate to their new home in February as construction nears completion on the 62,000-capacity stadium, almost six months after they were originally meant to move in.
Italian Cudicini, who played for Chelsea and Tottenham during his career, is currently the Blues’ assistant manager to Maurizio Sarri and watched Spurs beat his side 3-1 on Saturday evening.
Ahead of Spurs’ Champions League clash against Inter Milan, Cudicini considered Spurs’ chances of a win and what Inter should be wary about – as well as the club’s new ground.
“They have a lot of young and very high-level players and the club has broadened its horizons, as evidenced by the decision to restructure White Hart Lane. The plant with over 60,000 seats represents a stage of growth for Tottenham.”
Asked what Inter are to expect: “Tottenham, at least for what I saw in the game against us, is in great shape. The performance of some players was fantastic. [Harry] Kane, [Dele] Alli, [Christian] Eriksen, Son [Heung-min]: we are talking about an important group.”

Cudicini spent nine years with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge before making the surprise switch from west London to north, where he joined Tottenham for three years in 2009 as a back-up goalkeeper.
Spurs take on Inter in a must-win Champions League clash. Currently sitting in third on four points, Spurs have to beat second-placed Inter to go level on points with the Italian side.
