West Ham United are currently the joint-top scoring side in the Premier League.
Carl Jenkinson has told West Ham United’s official website that the club’s attacking unit is as good as any in the Premier League.
The Hammers have added the likes of Dimitri Payet, Manuel Lanzini and Victor Moses to their ranks over the summer, and the impact made by the trio has been immediate.
Slaven Bilic’s side have managed to score 15 times in their first seven Premier League matches, the joint-highest total of any team in the division, and Jenkinson has been impressed by what he has seen so far.
“I think they [the atttackers] are great and on the break they are as good as anyone,” he said. “They are incredibly dangerous and have a lot of pace which frightens teams.
“The team from back to front is very strong and there are not many weaknesses if any. That is important, not just in the starting line-up, but in the squad as well and we have strength in depth.
“That is hugely important. Attacking wise we can score goals and it is about keeping it out defensively which is part of my job, but we are doing okay at the moment.”
The stats for the season so far add further credence to Jenkinson’s claims that West Ham have one of the fiercest attacks in the Premier League.

The Hammers have had a total of 82 shots and created 62 chances to date, with those figures eclipsing what current table-toppers Manchester United have managed.
West Ham’s challenge will now be to build on the start they have made and ensure that they stay in the upper echelons of the Premier League table for as long as possible – rather than fading away, as they did under Sam Allardyce in 2014/15.
At the moment they are sat third in the top-flight standings and face struggling Sunderland at the Stadium of Light in their next fixture.
