The Cardiff City manager worked with the West Ham United winger, whose Aston Villa loan spell came to an end this week, at Leeds United.

Cardiff City fans are discussing a move for West Ham United’s Robert Snodgrass after Aston Villa’s failure to gain promotion this season.
Snodgrass spent the campaign on loan to Aston Villa from West Ham, where his future looks to be in doubt after the appointment of Manuel Pellegrini as manager.
It had been claimed the Scottish winger was set to be handed a chance to rebuild his Hammers career under Pellegrini’s predecessor David Moyes.
And while he would be welcomed back with open arms to Villa Park, the Villans’ financial situation makes a new deal for Snodgrass unlikely.
Cardiff, though, should have no trouble affording the 30-year-old, for whom West Ham paid £10 million in January 2017, after their promotion back to the Premier League.

And considering he worked under their manager, Neil Warnock, at Leeds United, several Bluebirds fans believe a move to Wales could be on for Snodgrass…
Could Warnock reunite with the West Ham United winger at Cardiff City this summer?
