Fans out in force to demand the clubs blue foundations return
Cardiff City fans were out in their numbers ahead of their fixture against Liverpool this afternoon, protesting the colour of the playing strip and newly formed club crest.
Bluebirds fans showed their displeasure at the changes owner Vincent Tan enforced in 2012, which altered over 100 years of Cardiff City history.
The controversial Malaysian changed Cardiff’s blue playing strip to red, on the grounds it was a ‘lucky colour’ in his native country.
The march comes ahead of their cruch fixture against Liverpool this afternoon, where Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men could do with putting points on the board to kick start an unlikely looking survival bid.
