Niasse has joined Cardiff on loan from Everton, and he has been thrown straight into Neil Warnock’s side.
The Bluebirds won 2-0 against Bournemouth at the weekend, and although Niasse didn’t get on the scoresheet he still impressed.
And Cardiff fans were hugely complementary about the Everton loanee’s display.
Everton have been looking for a striker all season, but Marco Silva had only used Niasse rarely.
The rapid forward possessed a credible scoring record, but he was overlooked at Goodison Park.
Niasse appears to have an important role to play at Cardiff though, as the Welsh side aim to avoid relegation.
Cardiff are still in the drop zone as things stand, but their win over Bournemouth has edged them closer to safety.
