Speaking on the Sky Sports Football YouTube channel, Rob Holding has been chatting about Bukayo Saka and how strong the winger is.
Saka has quite a small frame, and his physique really isn’t that impressive compared to some Premier League players.
However, according to Holding, Saka is actually deceptively strong. The centre-back states that his balance and ability to roll a defender makes him a very strong player on the pitch.
What’s been said?
Holding spoke about Saka’s strength.
“I can’t believe how strong he is for a young boy, I can’t believe how strong he is, the way he rolls people, he just has the balance to not really fall over or go off balance and he just rolls it, it’s a talent that you have that, you can’t teach that,” Holding said.

More than just muscles
Strength on a football pitch is about more than just muscles.
Yes, you have your Adama Traore’s who look like they could be WWE wrestlers, but if you don’t have the balance to go with the physique, you can be knocked off the ball just as easily.
That’s what Saka has, he has that low centre of gravity that allows him to ride challenges from even the biggest and strongest defenders in the division.
Saka’s strength on the ball truly is an underrated skill of his.
