Should Tottenham enter battle with Liverpool for Nabil Fekir?

Liverpool are lining up a move which should leave rivals Tottenham Hotspur kicking themselves.
For the third year in a row they look set to pull off an impressive move for an attacker, this time with Lyon’s Nabil Fekir.
This potentially allows other teams to steal in and hijack the Reds’ advances, and this time Tottenham should muscle in.

Last summer Liverpool signed Mohamed Salah, and this was a move where they actually stood a better chance of managing.
Salah signed a £90,000 per week contract with the Reds, and has gone onto score more than 40 goals in his first season.
Spurs had eyed Salah previously but chose not to follow up their interest, and this was a big mistake.

Now with Fekir potentially available, and possibly heading to their rivals, Tottenham owe it to themselves to try and do a deal for the France star.
Fekir has scored 23 goals this season and provided nine assists, and could flourish playing off Harry Kane, also easing reliance on Christian Eriksen.
Playing with him will be a lot easier than playing against him if he signs for Liverpool, and this week Spurs have an opportunity to try and hijack their move.
