Jamie O’Hara has told Sky Sports News that Giovani Lo Celso should be starting for Tottenham Hotspur as a number 10.
Lo Celso in?
Lo Celso has been used infrequently at Tottenham this season, and often not always in a role behind the striker.
The Argentine has made just one Premier League start, but O’Hara claims that he should now be included in Tottenham’s team ahead of Dele Alli as an attacking midfielder.
“For me it’s Lo Celso at the minute, with Dele Alli it’s not happening for him, he’s lost his confidence. I don’t know what’s going on with him, it just doesn’t seem to be working,” O’Hara said.
“For me Lo Celso is the guy that can play there. He can receive the ball on the half turn. He can play key passes, he played a lovely ball to Son last night which put him straight through on goal.
“Play Skipp and Hojbjerg, who are our destroyers, and then Lo Celso as the magic man who can make things happen.”
Change of system?
Nuno actually hasn’t always utilised a number 10 this term, with Tottenham often playing with three across the middle.
However, with Spurs searching for more creativity a change of system could be likely.

Tottenham do have the players available to set-up in a 4-2-3-1 shape and that could be the way that Nuno plays in future weeks.
Alli’s own poor form has been well documented, with the England international not scoring at all from open play so far this term.
Tottenham are set to take on Aston Villa next, and it will be interesting to see which one of his creative options Nuno picks to start.
