Could Kilmarnock prevent Celtic’s title dream?

Rangers have become more and more determined to stop another Celtic procession to the Scottish Premiership title.
Celtic are seeking to win their eighth title in a row and Steven Gerrard’s Rangers felt they had their rivals in their sights after the recent Old Firm win.
Last night Rangers suffered a setback, losing 2-1 to Kilmarnock, falling three points behind their Celtic who have a game in hand.
Rangers slipped down to fourth place in the process, with Jordan Jones scoring Kilmarnock’s winner.
Jones is set to sign with Rangers in the summer after penning a pre-contract agreement.
He has already had a say in Rangers’ title challenge, but he has a chance to propel his own side to glory.

Kilmarnock are in second place and are there on merit. Across 2018, they accumulated more points than any Scottish team.
Steve Clarke’s team have to be viewed as legitimate title contenders and Rangers are not Celtic’s only threat.
A Killie title success would be welcomed inside and outside of Scotland for breaking up the Old Firm monopoly.
Jordan Jones would leave Kilmarnock as a hero in the summer – and he would arrive at Rangers as one too for halting Celtic’s bid for an eighth title in succession.
