Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Cameron Dawson is hopeful Dominic Iorfa remains at the club amid interest from Watford and the Premier League, the Star report.
The former Wolverhampton Wanderers defender has been attracting interest.
The Sheffield Star claim fellow Championship side Watford are keen, while a Premier League club are also interested ahead of next month’s deadline.

Iorfa cost the Owls a bargain £250,000 from Wolves in January 2019.
Asked about a potential departure, Dawson claimed Iorfa has the attributes to the play in the Premier League but hopes he remains with the Yorkshire club.
“They can talk all they want, they’re not having him. He’s been excellent ever since he walked into the building. He’s a great lad, who wants to work hard, learn and improve, and he’s already got incredible ability,” Dawson explained.
“He’s got all the attributes to be a Premier League player. So yeah, I hope he gets there someday, but hopefully that’s with us.”
Watford are looking to make an immediate top-flight return following their relegation last term.
The Hornets have kicked off their Championship campaign with four points from two games, defeating Middlesbrough before picking up a draw against the Owls.
Sheffield Wednesday, meanwhile, will first and foremost look to retain their Championship status this season after being dealt a 12-point deduction.

The Owls will be hoping Iorfa plays a key role in leading the side.
The 25-year-old defender is quick, strong in the tackle and reads the game well. With a contract until 2022, Wednesday know they have an asset on their hands.
