Tottenham Hotspur-owned Celtic central defender Cameron Carter-Vickers has shared the chat he had with Joe Hart before his move to Celtic Park, as quoted in The Scottish Sun.

Carter-Vickers joined Scottish Premiership club Celtic on loan from Premier League side Tottenham on summer transfer deadline day.

The Hoops have the option to make the loan deal permanent.

Former Manchester City goalkeeper Hart moved to Celtic from Spurs earlier in the summer transfer window.

“He said it’s one of the best atmospheres he’s ever seen, so I’m definitely looking forward to it.”

Making an impact at Celtic

Carter-Vickers has been out on loan at a number of clubs over the years, and it did not really come as a surprise that Tottenham decided to send him out on loan again.

The 23-year-old is a very good and capable defender who has done well in the lower leagues in English football.

Now, the Scottish Premiership is not at the level of the Premier League or even the Championship in England.

However, the top flight of Scottish football is very competitive, and playing for Celtic is not easy.

Carter-Vickers will have to hit the ground running at Celtic, who are aiming to reclaim the Scottish Premiership title from Rangers and will also play in the Europa League this season.
