Callum Wilson has stated that he would ‘love’ to have Jude Bellingham at Newcastle United, but admitted that it’s probably ‘too soon’ for that to happen for the club.
The England striker, who trained alongside the Borussia Dortmund star at the 2022 Qatar World Cup, stated that Bellingham is someone who has got ‘everything’ to his game.
At 19, not only has Bellingham played for his country, but he has already competed at the Euros, the World Cup and the Champions League.

Added to repping one of Europe’s well-known clubs in Dortmund, he became their youngest-ever captain and is now one of their star men.
That’s why Europe’s elite are gunning for his signature and, come the summer, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he is the talk of the transfer rumour mill.
Nonetheless, when Wilson was talking about training alongside Bellingham, he shared what the all-action teenager is like, as he told The Footballer’s Football Podcast.
“It was the first time I had seen him play, when I was in the squad last, he was probably 16, I think,” said Wilson.
“He was good. Solid midfielder. He has got everything. Great feet. Strong. Quick and he can finish. The world is his oyster.
On if he could pick a club for Bellingham: “Newcastle, obviously. For us, we aren’t at that level yet to get a player like Jude. He’s going to be very expensive.
“Don’t get me wrong, I would love to have him at the club, but it’s too soon, I would say.”

BELLINGHAM HAS A BIG CALL TO MAKE
All the big guns have probably already been knocking on Dortmund’s door to try and lure Bellingham towards their direction.
He has a big call to make in the summer because, when he first joined Dortmund, that proved to be a masterstroke of a move.
This next one will be to a club at a much higher level and one where he will be expected to take his game to the next level.
So, game time is paramount, as well as ensuring he doesn’t join a sinking ship, but a team that’s thriving.
