Taylor is hot property it seems
Two Premier League sides are considering bids for Leeds United left-back Charlie Taylor, whose situation is also being monitored by Newcastle United, the Guardian reports.
Taylor recently entered the final year of his Elland Road contract and the report claims that talks over a renewal are yet to take place.
The 22-year-old Whites academy graduate, who has been a regular over the past two campaigns, is said to be valued around the £5 million mark.
A host of Premier League clubs, notably Liverpool, Stoke City (both Teamtalk), Sunderland (Chronicle) and West Bromwich Albion (Express & Star), have previously been linked with moves for Taylor – and both Burnley and Middlesbrough can be added to the list.
The summer transfer window has been so far so good for Leeds, with Swansea midfielder Matt Grimes and Oxford forward Kemar Roofe becoming signings five and six on Thursday morning.

However, the loss of Taylor would represent a significant blow, with youngster Tyler Denton the club’s only other recognised left-back.
Bunrley and Boro are keen to add to their squads following promotion, while Newcastle, who’ve added Matz Sels, Matt Ritchie and Dwight Gayle so far, will be looking to build a team capable of matching the duo’s exploits.
