Jimmy Bullard has backed Ryan Sessegnon to join Tottenham Hotspur.

Pundit and former Premier League midfielder Jimmy Bullard has told BetBright that he thinks Tottenham Hotspur would be a ‘fantastic’ move for Fulham teenager Ryan Sessegnon.
Sessegnon, 17, has come up through the ranks with Fulham having joined the club way back in 2008, and he has now become a first-team star at Craven Cottage.
The teenager was one of the hottest young players in the country last season after notching seven goals in 30 games, but he has built on that this season with 13 goals and four assists this season, with eight goals in his last ten games.

Sessegnon looks to be on a path to stardom, and whilst he will be hoping to help Fulham return to the Premier League this season, speculation already surrounds a potential summer move away from West London.
Ex-manager Leroy Rosenior told The Totally Football Show earlier this week that he believes a deal may already have been done for Sessegnon to move on this summer, suggesting that Tottenham Hotspur may have won the race for his signature.
Whilst Ben Davies has starred this season at left back, Danny Rose’s commitment and fitness have been brought into question over the last six months, and Spurs may take the opportunity to cash in on Rose and land a replacement in Sessegnon.
Now, former Fulham midfielder and current pundit Jimmy Bullard has spoken to BetBright about Sessegnon, noting that he has Fulham fans around him who rave about Sessegnon and he simply isn’t surprised by links to Spurs.

Bullard added that whilst the asking price may be between £30million and £50million for a 17-year-old, he thinks that Sessegnon would be making a ‘fantastic’ move by heading to North London, touting Spurs as one of the biggest teams in Europe.
“I’ve got to be honest, I’ve kept my eye on this youngster for a while and when I was shooting ‘You Know The Drill’ for Soccer AM, he took part against me and you can just tell how naturally gifted he is,” said Bullard. “I have a lot of close friends who are Fulham fans and they think the world of him – they’re absolutely raving about him! They think he’s the best thing to have come out of the football club! He’s already scored 12 goals from left-back this season all out of neutral play and again, I’m not surprised to hear the rumours of a potential move to Spurs in the summer.”
“After some thought, if I was the boy’s Old Man, I’d think that’s absolutely the right move for him at this stage of his career. Let’s have it right, Fulham won’t let him go for nothing – the asking price will be between £30-£50 million – so if Spurs do shell out that amount of cash then there’s no way he’s not playing. Spurs are becoming one of the biggest teams in Europe now, they’ve got a new stadium on the way, they’re building a top-class side with plenty of English talent in there and they’ve got a top, top manager. So, if the move did go ahead this summer, then I think it would be fantastic for the lad,” he added.
