The Arsenal youngster was one of the Gunners’ top players on the night as Unai Emery and co left Manchester with a point.

Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka has taken to Twitter with a message for the Gunners fanbase following his impressive display in Monday night’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United at Old Trafford in the Premier League.
The 18-year-old was drafted in from the start by Unai Emery and, on a night when several Arsenal players misfired, he put in a great performance, setting up Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for the visitors’ equaliser.
Aubameyang’s 58th-minute strike, which was correctly given after referee Kevin Friend consulted with VAR, cancelled out Scott McTominay’s long-range deflected effort on the stroke of half time and, in the end, ensured a share of the spoils for Arsenal.
Saka now has three assists and one goal in three Arsenal starts and, following the game, he hailed the team’s point, expressed his happiness at doing his bit for the team, and thanked the Gooners for their support.
Some Arsenal fans took the time to respond with congratulatory messages:
The draw means Arsenal are fourth in the Premier League table with 12 points, while United are three points further back in 10th with just four wins in their last 16 Premier League games.
