BT Sport presenter Jake Humphrey showed footage of Mo Salah limping through the tunnel at the end of Liverpool’s game against FC Midtjylland, to add further concern over Jurgen Klopp’s side’s injury worries.
Salah, who scored a last minute penalty, was the victim of a poor tackle late on and appeared to be suffering the consequences after the full time whistle blew.
The Liverpool forward looked in discomfort as he trudged off into the tunnel following his side’s 2-0 win.
And Humphrey speculated: “Talking of injuries there’s a little thing we noticed, it’s Mo Salah heading off at the end of the game. He looks frustrated, I don’t know if that indicates he’s serious of if he’s just in a bit of pain.”
Peter Crouch moved to ease Liverpool fans’ fears, though.
“That one down the Achilles is a sore one that night and a sore one in the morning, but I don’t think it’ll stop him for West Ham,” he said.

Klopp did not mention the severity of Salah’s problem after the game, which may suggest that it isn’t serious.
Liverpool will be desperately hoping that the Egyptian winger has not suffered an injury.
Liverpool are already without a huge amount of key players, and Fabinho also suffered a knock yesterday evening.
The Reds are now short of options, and losing one of their key attacking threats would be another huge blow.
