The Portuguese winger has been linked with both Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal.
Galatasaray winger Bruma has been in the transfer rumour columns for the past 12 month. Tottenham Hotspur have been the team most regularly linked with his signature.
The Portuguese wide-man has long been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur. Tottenham have apparently already made a bid, according to Hurriyet in Turkey, who claim Spurs tried signing the 22-year-old for €20 million (£17 million).

But Arsenal have also been linked and the player himself was recently asked about interest from the Gunners.
Speaking to Mundo Deportivo in Spain, mostly about his time on loan at Real Sociedad, he was tight-lipped on the matter before discussing his future in the Turkish capital:
“There are always rumors, but they do not distract me from the main thing. I never think of two clubs at the same time. It is good to see this news and the interest of other clubs because it is a way of recognizing my value. But I’m in Galatasaray and that’s what I’m focused on.
“My intention is to give the best for the club I represent and continue to evolve. I want to be a great European football and I think I’m in time to achieve it. Let’s see what happens.”
The belief for some time has been that Bruma is Tottenham bound if he heads to the Premier League.

However, with Arsenal now said to be snooping as well perhaps Bruma is not destined for White Hart Lane.
Tottenham are now being linked with Wilfried Zaha as their main summer transfer target and would not need both flying wingers.
Bruma’s future looks likely to remain a source of debate for some time now. Tottenham and Arsenal fans will be keeping track.
