Bristol City striker Matty Taylor has seen his three-match ban overturned by The FA after his side successfully appealed the red card he received against Leeds.
Taylor, 27, was given his marching orders in the 80th minute of Leeds’ 3-0 win at Ashton Gate, after a tangle of legs that infuriated full-back Berardi.
Former Sampdoria defender Berardi reacted by headbutting the Robins striker, and both players were shown the red card but The FA have now ruled that Taylor is now available for City’s Carabao Cup clash against Crystal Palace.

Bristol City revealed the news on their official website on Tuesday morning that their number 12 will no longer miss matches against Palace, as well as league games against Sunderland and Fulham.
However, one-time Switzerland international Berardi will not be shown the same leniency, as Leeds decided not to appeal against his dismissal and he will now miss the Whites next three outings.
It will force Leeds boss Thomas Christiansen into reshuffling his pack, as the Yorkshire giants go up against Leicester in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night, before facing Sheffield United and Derby.
