Leeds United are having a great season in the Championship, with new manager Garry Monk changing the fortunes of the club.

He has been an impressive right-back all season and his influence at Leeds can best be highlighted by Bristol City’s struggles to replace him this season.

Adam Matthews has not looked like the Welsh international people remember him as from his time at Cardiff and Celtic. Mark Little has also not been in the best form and, like Matthews, has had fitness trouble.
Zak Vyner has done his best when called up but the teenager is still young and the club have recently converted midfielder Korey Smith into a full-back to fill the gap.
Bristol have struggled to fill the shoes left behind by Ayling, who has become a consistent fan favourite at Leeds United.
