Leeds United midfielder Mateusz Klich is yet to make an impression.

Leeds United sold Liam Bridcutt to Nottingham Forest this week, allowing the former club captain to move on to play first team football.
Former Leeds striker Noel Whelan has questioned the decision to let the Scotland international leave the club, suggesting one of the midfielders signed is no better.
Mateusz Klich signed from Dutch side FC Twente in the summer but is yet to make an impression.

It is early days, still the first month of the season, but Whelan has made a snap judgement over the midfielder.
He told BBC Radio Leeds’ post-game coverage of the 5-1 win over Newport County, in which Klich started:
“I sometime wonder why we have brought in players who are not better than what we’ve already got.
“I would probably say Bridcutt is better than Klich.”

Bridcutt had two seasons Championship experience at Leeds but new boss Thomas Christiansen was not convinced.
Klich is a Poland international and is clearly yet to show his best. The pressure is on him to start producing, with competition for places in the Leeds side high, especially in midfield.
It is a good problem for Christiansen to have, and he will hope Klich can step up and prove him right.
