Bony has been linked with West Ham United this summer.

Former Premier League striker Brian McBride does not believe that Wilfried Bony will end up at West Ham United this summer.
The Irons could do with another forward option after Slaven Bilic lost Andre Ayew and Andy Carroll to lengthy injuries – the former of whom is out for four months, just days after joining West Ham in a £20 million deal.

Hammers boss Slaven Bilic confirmed his interest in signing the 27-year-old Manchester City man on Wednesday, speaking via BBC Sport.
But although McBride can see the Ivorian striker leaving City – who have the likes of Sergio Aguero and Nolito – he cannot envisage Bony joining the East Londoners.

Asked by ESPN if he’ll join the Irons, McBride said: “Well I don’t know about West Ham. There’s a good mix at West Ham – especially with Payet playing the balls. It’s going to happen [Bony leaving] but I don’t know if it’s going to be West Ham.”
It is a serious situation for West Ham. They’ll be up to two months without Carroll, and four without Ayew, and lacking a goalscorer could undermine their season right at the start.
The returns of Dimitri Payet and Manuel Lanzini will help in that department but they still need a proven striker.
Arsenal were quoted £30 million for the ex-Swansea man earlier this summer, however, and that seems quite steep if Bilic only views him as a stop-gap until Ayew and Carroll get back.
