Leeds got the better of Derby 2-0 at Elland Road in the Championship, thanks to goals from Kemar Roofe and Manchester City-owned Jack Harrison.
Former Leeds striker Deane was following the match, and he has taken to Twitter to revel in the win.
The former England international has also said that Marcelo Bielsa’s side would be a great addition to the Premier League.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Elland Road on Friday evening, hosts Leeds had 62% of the possession, took 15 shots of which five were on target, and earned eight corners, according to BBC Sport.
The win against Derby means that the Whites remain at the top of the Championship table with 54 points from 27 matches, five points clear of second-placed Norwich City, who have played 26 games.
The result against the Rams saw Leeds put an end to their three-game losing run in all competitions.
