Celtic moved 11 points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership with a 1-0 win on Tuesday.
Brendan Rodgers has suggested that he was left with just one concern following Celtic’s latest win which came on Tuesday night, the Evening Times reports.
The Hoops moved 11 points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership table as a Leigh Griffiths goal 10 minutes before half-time helped them secure a 1-0 victory over Hamilton at Parkhead.

And with the Bhoys boasting two games in hand over their nearest challengers in the top flight, you would be forgiven for believing that everything was going perfectly for Rodgers right now. However, the Northern Irishman has suggested that he was not entirely happy with the performance against the Accies.
“Collectively, we weren’t as fluent and that’s my only concern,” he said, as reported by the Evening Times. “But I thought both boys worked well. They combined well for the goal. But the collective were not as fluent as we have been

“At 1-0, with the chances we had, the game should have been over long before that. But when it’s 1-0 and we make one or two mistakes at the back, it may give them a chance. But we saw it through and that’s huge credit to them.”
What should please Rodgers is the fact that, despite being under-par for much of the game, they still found a way to win the game and keep their unbeaten record in the top flight in tact.

They have now won 14 and drawn one of their opening 15 games. And while Rodgers will surely want to stop his players from thinking about potentially going through the campaign unbeaten, having the prospect of invincibility in the background could perhaps have a positive impact.
With the title virtually wrapped up already it seems, having something important to really fight for may help the Celtic squad find that little extra in each game when things are not going quite right, just as they did against Hamilton.
