Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic want to sign Emilio Izaguirre and Manchester City’s Daniel Arzani on loan.

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has suggested to the club’s official Twitter page that Emilio Izaguirre and Daniel Arzani are set to move to the Hoops in the summer transfer window.
Rodgers has said that Celtic hope to complete the signing of Izaguirre on a free transfer this summer.
The former Liverpool manager has also stated that the Hoops plan to secure the services of Arzani on loan from Manchester City in the coming days.

Good signings for Celtic?
Izaguirre was on the books of Celtic from 2010 until 2017 and was quite successful during his time at Celtic Park.
The Honduras international will be a back-up to Kieran Tierney at left-back for the Hoops, and signing the 32-year-old on a free is not exactly a bad idea.
Arzani has only just moved to Manchester City from Melbourne City, and the 19-year-old would be a smart signing for Celtic.
The Australia international’s versatility to play as an attacking midfielder or as a winger will be an asset for the Glasgow giants.
