Quoted by FourFourTwo, Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers claims striker Moussa Dembele reminds him of Chelsea legend Didier Drogba.

He has proved to be a huge hit since then with a series of impressive performances in the Hoops attack.
This week saw him in superb form as he bagged two goals in the scintillating 3-3 draw with Manchester City in the Champions League.

It was an imperious display that saw him dominating the City back line, earning plenty of rave reviews.
Rodgers is certainly impressed by the 20-year-old, saying he reminds him of Premier League legend Drogba.

“He has a belief. I think he said he wanted to be the world’s best player when he came in and so we shall see. He is making nice strides, isn’t he?

There is no denying that Dembele has proved to be a huge hit at Celtic so far and arguably one of the signings of the summer.
He now has nine goals in all competitions to date and it would not be surprising to see him double that tally by the end of the campaign.
If he does, it will be interesting to see how many ‘bigger’ clubs, likely in England, are lining up to try and take him away from Celtic Park next summer.
