Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths has been out for nearly a month with injury.

Brendan Rodgers has described Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths’ return to fitness as ‘great news’ in the Glasgow Evening Times.
Griffiths has been out for a nearly month with a hamstring injury, but he is edging closer to full health now.
The Scotland international could return to action at the weekend, when Celtic take on Kilmarnock.

And Rodgers said: “He trained Monday, Tuesday and he should train Thursday Friday and be back for Saturday.
“That’s great news because he’s a really important player for us.”
Griffiths’ return will improve Celtic’s attacking options, but they have coped well without their top scorer from last season.

The Bhoys are top of the Scottish Premiership, and they remain unbeaten in domestic action this season.
Moussa Dembele has found his scoring boots in recent weeks, meaning Griffiths could have competition, as he looks to finish at the top of Celtic’s scoring charts again.
Griffiths scored seven goals in his first nine appearances for Rodgers’ side this season, but has not played since the end of August.
