Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic have been linked with Motherwell’s Trevor Carson and Dundee’s Jack Hendry.

The Glasgow giants have made as many as three signings so far this month, recruiting defender Marvin Compper from RB Leipzig, midfielder Lewis Morgan from St Mirren (who has been sent back on loan for the rest of the season) and attacker Charly Musonda (on loan) from Chelsea.
According to The Scotsman, the Hoops are interested in signing central defender Jack Hendry from Scottish Premiership rivals Dundee.

Celtic manager Rodgers has said that there is no update regarding a move for Hendry, and has said that he wants two more signings, including a goalkeeper.
There’s no update as yet; it’s between the clubs really to see what we can organise,” Rodgers told The Scotsman.
“There’s nothing else other than Charly, a goalkeeper, and maybe one other. I don’t anticipate anyone else going out at this point.”

The injury to Craig Gordon means that Celtic need to sign a goalkeeper, and it will be interesting to see who they sign in the final two days of the January transfer window.
According to BBC Sport, the Hoops have had a bid of £200,000 for Motherwell goalkeeper Trevor Carson turned down, with the Scottish Premiership club claimed to be valuing him at a much higher price.
