Brendan Rodgers brought the young winger to Celtic on a two-year loan deal.

Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers spoke to reporters ahead of his side’s Europa League play-off clash with Lithuanian outfit Suduva tomorrow night, and responded when asked how Daniel Arzani is settling into the club, following the Australian’s loan switch to Celtic Park, as quoted by Celts Are Here.
The Hoops brought the 19-year-old to the club on a two-year loan deal from Manchester City, and many fans and pundits alike are expecting to see great things from the young winger.
Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has a reputation of working well with immensely talented youngsters, and he will be hoping to extract the best from Arzani during the Australian’s time in Glasgow.
The Hoops manager urged patience with Arzani, however, when speaking to reporters ahead of his side’s Europa League clash with Suduva tomorrow night, highlighting how the youngster is still lacking match fitness, as quoted by Celts Are Here:

“He’s settling in very well. He’s a really good boy and hungry to do well. He’s obviously a bit behind in terms of fitness, naturally, because he’s only just joined and hasn’t had the chance to play since the World Cup.”
Celtic certainly need an injection of youth and quality into their wide attacking play, and Arzani might be just the man to provide them with that, but judging by Rodgers’ comments, Hoops fans will probably have to wait a little bit longer before they see the Australian international in action.
