Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers and former Manchester United assistant manager Rui Faria are reportedly on the radar of Aston Villa.
According to BBC Sport, former Liverpool manager Rodgers is on a three-man shortlist for the Villa managerial role.
The Villans are on the hunt for a new manager following the dismissal of Steve Bruce earlier this week.
Rodgers, though, has suggested that he does not plan to leave Celtic for the Villans.
The Celtic manager told BBC Sport about the Villa speculation: “I’m the Celtic manager and I love it and have lots of challenges here.”
Rodgers added: ”There is always speculation. Villa is a top Premier League club in the Championship and I’m sure with their support base and resources they will try and get back there as quickly as they can.”

According to BBC Sport, Rui Faria is being considered by the Villa board for the managerial role at Villa Park.
The Portuguese is a highly rated coach who has been the assistant manager at major clubs such as Chelsea, Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Manchester United and has worked with Mourinho.
The 43-year-old is a hugely experienced coach and is highly respected, but the Portuguese has not managed a football club before.
Villa are 15th in the Championship table at the moment with 15 points from 12 matches.
