Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic will face Heart of Midlothian in the Scottish League Cup on Sunday.

The Hoops will take on Scottish Premiership rivals Hearts in the semi-finals of the Scottish League Cup on Sunday afternoon.
The 25-year-old Australia international midfielder did not feature for Celtic against RB Leipzig in the Europa League on Thursday evening due to illness, as reported by The Daily Record.
Celtic boss Rodgers, though, has suggested that Rogic will feature against Hearts in the Scottish League Cup on Sunday afternoon.
The former Liverpool manager has also spoken highly of the 25-year-old, who has been on the books of Celtic since January 2013 when he joined from Central Coast Mariners for a transfer fee reported by The Telegraph to be worth £400,000.

Rodgers told The Scottish Sun about Rogic: “He has been important in big games, absolutely, and especially when you see the form he’s been in these last few weeks.
“That real aggressive aspect has returned to Tom’s game and he’s linked up well with James Forrest.
“So if we can get him in, he’s a big-game player. He enjoys these occasions, and normally gets the big goals in the big games, so hopefully he’s there.”
Big game
Celtic have won the domestic treble for the past two seasons, and the Glasgow giants will be confident of winning against Hearts on Sunday.
However, the Hoops will have to be on top of their game to win against Hearts.
