Mikael Lustig has been a prominent player for Celtic this season.

Speaking to Celtic’s official website, manager Brendan Rodgers has hailed Mikael Lustig’s consistency for the Bhoys this season.
Celtic have had an excellent season so far.
Rodgers’s side sit top of the Scottish Premiership by nine points – with a game in hand – and they edged out Rangers at Hampden Park last week to reach a League Cup final as a first trophy for the former Liverpool boss beckons.

In addition to that, the Hoops also reached the Champions League group stages for the first time in two years, and they held Premier League leaders Manchester City to a 3-3 draw at Parkhead in the second matchday of the competition.
Swedish right-back Lustig has played a role in everything that Celtic have achieved under the Northern Irishman so far, starting 11 of the club’s 13 league and Champions League group-stage games.
And Rodgers has singled out the 29-year-old for his consistency, saying he is a seven-out-of-10 performer every time he steps on the pitch.

He told Celtic’s official website: “Mika is seven out of ten every week. Across the team, it [Saturday’s 1-0 win at Aberdeen] was a great performance.”
They resume their Champions League commitments on Tuesday for a tricky trip to Borussia Monchengladbach, after losing 2-0 to the Bundesliga side earlier this month.
After that, Rodgers and co host Inverness at Parkhead next Saturday, where they will hope to pick up a 10th Premiership win from 11 outings – the other being a 2-2 draw at Caley Thistle earlier in the campaign.
