Brendan Rodgers guided Leicester City to a win against Tottenham Hotspur last month

TalkSport host Alan Brazil has shutdown Ray Parlour after he suggested that Leicester City are a ‘bigger club’ than Tottenham Hotspur.
The talk was reverberating around the future of Mauricio Pochettino and whether someone like Brendan Rodgers would suit Spurs.
Tottenham have endured a nightmare start to the season and that was proven when they were thumped by Bayern Munich in the Champions League, and most recently beaten by Brighton.
Nonetheless, whilst Speaking on The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast Show, ex-Arsenal man Parlour and former striker Brazil shared their thoughts on Spurs.
On whether Brendan Rodgers would leave Leicester for Tottenham, and whether the Foxes are a bigger club than Spurs:
“I don’t know,” Brazil told TalkSport. “Tottenham’s a massive club. They are a bigger club than Leicester, all day long.
Parlour responded: “They have won the Premier League, though, Leicester. Revenue, it would be Spurs because of the new stadium and how much money they could generate there. But if you look at it, it’s all about trophies. And they [Leicester] have won the Premier League.
Brazil added: “I know they have. But Tottenham is still a bigger club. Celtic and Rangers are bigger clubs than Leicester.”

The Premier League did exist before 1992, so whilst Leicester winning the league was incredible, Spurs fans will point before that period.
Nonetheless, Spurs could find themselves facing a challenge from Leicester for those European spots this season.
Whilst Rodgers side suffered defeat at table-toppers Liverpool over the weekend, they did lay down their marker when they beat Pochettino’s side last month.
