Celtic have been linked with Middlesbrough attacking midfielder Viktor Fischer recently.

According to a report in the Scottish Sun, Celtic are aiming to sign Middlesbrough’s Viktor Fischer this summer and he would be a brilliant addition to Brendan Rodgers’ squad.
Fischer may have struggled to make an impact at Boro last season, but that should not put Celtic off.
Boro were one of the most defensive sides in the Premier League, and their style hardly was designed for flair players to thrive.

However, at Celtic, Fischer would be given a lot more attacking freedom – and his quality could make him one of the most dangerous players in Scottish football.
Fischer was absolutely brilliant as a youngster at Ajax, and he has been able to make an impact at Champions League level before.
The 22-year-old still has plenty of time to develop, and under Rodgers tutelage it is a safe bet to suggest he would fulfil his potential.

The thought of having the creativity of Fischer in behind the power and pace of Moussa Dembele is a tantalising prospect, and it would give Celtic a forward line to be feared.
The Bhoys are already the dominant force in Scottish football, but the addition of Fischer would start to give Celtic the weaponry to make an impact in European competition too.
And, if the youngster is available for under £4 million (The Sun), Celtic should be making sure Fischer makes the move to Glasgow this summer.
