Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are set to take on a Celtic side with Moussa Dembele in their team at the weekend.
Brendan Rodgers has confirmed that Moussa Dembele is fit to play for Celtic against Glasgow Rangers.
Dembele was left out of Celtic’s team which faced Dundee last night, after picking up an injury.
There were concerns that the French striker could miss the Old-Firm derby, due to his fitness problems.
However, Rodgers insists that Dembele is being held back to ensure that he is ready to play on Saturday at Ibrox.
Dembele has tormented Rangers throughout his career at Celtic to date, and scored regularly in derby matches.
Celtic dominated fixtures against their Glasgow rivals last term, and were never beaten by the Light Blues.

Pedro Caixinha does seem to have sparked an improvement in Rangers, but Celtic have continued to dominate Scottish football this term.
Celtic won 4-0 against Dundee in their most recent fixture, with two goals from James Forrest and strikes from Scott Sinclair and Callum McGregor putting the Bhoys into the semi-final of the League Cup.
