A deal for Celtic to sign Maryan Shved is all but done, confirms Brendan Rodgers.

Brendan Rodgers has confirmed to Herald Scotland that he expects Maryan Shved’s move to Celtic to be sealed by early next week.
Rodgers raised eyebrows in midweek by admitting to BBC Sport that he didn’t know much about the Karpaty Lviv winger.
According to Sport Arena, Shved, a Ukraine international, will cost Celtic around £2 million.
But the Northern Irishman does believe that the Hoops will be signing him imminently.
“I’m not going to say I’ve been tracking the boy for six months,” he told Herald Scotland.
“I don’t need a winger now but he’s a talent and if the club sign him then we’ll look at a development plan, whether it’s coming in now or going on loan to play games.
“It should be done at the beginning of the week and we’ll go from there.”
It’ll be very interesting to see what happens with Shved when he does sign because, as Rodgers said, he doesn’t need a winger.
The Celtic manager has an abundance of quality wide men – including January signing Oliver Burke, who joined on loan from West Brom – and time will tell what Rodgers decides.
If it transpires that the 21-year-old takes to training like a duck to water, can the Bhoys boss really exclude him or loan him out? Probably not.
