Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic have been linked with goalkeepers Keiren Westwood, Scott Bain, Emiliano Martinez and Trevor Carson on January transfer deadline day.

The Glasgow giants are on the hunt for a new goalkeeper following the recent injury suffered by Craig Gordon.
According to The Daily Record, Celtic are interested in recruiting Trevor Carson from Motherwell on January deadline day.

The report has also credited the Glasgow giants with interest in signing Emiliano Martinez – on loan at Getafe at the moment – from Arsenal and Scott Bain – currently on loan at Hibernian – from Scottish Premiership rivals Dundee.
According to The Scottish Sun, Celtic could make a loan move for Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Keiren Westwood.
Celtic manager Rodgers has stated that he is confident that the Hoops will recruit a new goalkeeper by tonight.

Rodgers told BBC Sport (22:14): “Lots of names have been thrown at me throughout the window. We need to get another keeper in. I thought on that front Dorus de Vries was very calm and cool tonight and very good.
“But we need another keeper in and I’m sure by tomorrow evening we’ll have another keeper in here and one that is ready to compete for his position.”
Rodgers made the aforementioned comments following Celtic’s 3-1 victory over Heart of Midlothian at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership on Tuesday evening.
The win means that Celtic remain at the top of the league table with 60 points from 25 matches.
