Griffiths sat out Celtic’s win at Kilmarnock on Friday.

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has told a press conference, as quoted by the club’s official Twitter account, that striker Leigh Griffiths will be assessed again ahead of Wednesday’s visit of Barcelona.
Griffiths sat out Friday’s win against Kilmarnock on Friday with a hamstring injury, but is making progress according to Rodgers, who added that most of those who missed the Rugby Park trip will return against the Catalan giants.
He said:
Rodgers chose to rest defensive duo Kolo Toure and Emilio Izaguirre against Killie, while Tom Rogic played only the final 24 minutes.

Celtic must upset the five-time European champions if they are to keep alive their slim hopes of progressing to the last-16, while also relying on Borussia Monchengladbach to take points off Manchester City.
The Bhoys were beaten resoundingly, 7-0, by Luis Enrique’s side at the Camp Nou in September, but famously beat them four years ago to the month at Parkhead.
And Rodgers, who was Liverpool’s manager at the time, says his players can take inspiration from that 2-1 success, along with this season’s 3-3 draw against Manchester City.
