Steven Gerrard’s Glasgow Rangers will face Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic at Ibrox this coming Saturday.
Rangers manager Steven Gerrard and Brendan Rodgers
Rodgers was appointed the Celtic manager in the summer of 2016, and since then, the former Liverpool boss has guided the Hoops to wins in all of the Bhoys’ Old Firm derbies at Ibrox – five in a row.
Rangers will take on Celtic at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership this coming Saturday afternoon.
Rodgers told The Daily Record: “I don’t know what it was like before. But I just sensed a feeling when I came in.
“It’s not so much about changing minds but changing a mindset. There’s a difference. The sense was that the feelings around it were more negative than positive.”

Massive impact
Rodgers has made a massive impact at Celtic, who have won the domestic treble in Scotland for the past two seasons.
The Hoops have already won the Scottish League Cup this season, and the Glasgow giants are aiming to add the Scottish Premiership and the Scottish Cup to the tally.
Rangers are a stronger team this season than they were during the 2018-19 campaign, and it is a credit to manager Steven Gerrard that the Gers are giving Celtic a run for their money.
A win at Ibrox this coming weekend will be massive for Rangers, but Celtic will fancy their chances of winning the Old Firm derby.
