Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has told STV that he is happy at the club.
Rodgers was appointed the Celtic manager in the summer of 2016 and has a contract with the Scottish giants until June 2021, according to Transfermarkt.com.
The former Liverpool and Swansea City manager has been hugely successful at Celtic Park already.
Under Rodgers last season, the Glasgow giants won the Scottish Premiership title, the Scottish League Cup and the Scottish Cup.
Celtic also progressed to the group stage of the Champions League during the 2016-17 campaign, just as they have done this season.
Just like last season, the Hoops are favourites to win the Scottish Premiership title, and many will expect them to clinch the Scottish League Cup and the Scottish Cup as well.
Celtic are one of the biggest clubs in the world, but Premier League is a more competitive and richer domestic league.
Many Celtic Park faithful could be concerned that Rodgers could leave the club soon. After all, what else can he achieve at Celtic Park other than what he has already done?
Rodgers, though, has made it clear that he is enjoying himself at Celtic and does not consider the Hoops as a stepping stone.
“I am not up here to work on my next move from Celtic,” Rodgers told STV. “I am here because of Celtic.
“I’m not really sure where it’ll take me after here but what registers for me is making the supporters here really proud and happy to watch their team.
“I love my life here in Glasgow, I enjoy working for this club and preparing my team along with my staff for us to win and win well. I am not overly bothered what it does for my CV.”
