Bayern Munich fans have simply been left to feel upset by Thiago Alcantara’s comments over his future, after links with Liverpool.

The Daily Mirror have reported how Liverpool are keen to sign Thiago, but no deal has been struck yet.

Whether Liverpool buy Thiago or not, it does seem that the Spaniard will be leaving.

But after representing his country last night, Thiago, perhaps, offered some hope to Bayern fans that he could stay.

“Bayern is my home and I am happy to be there,” he said to the Mirror.

Those comments have not changed Bayern’s fans opinion that Thiago will be leaving, though.

And they have simply been left to feel emotional that one of their star midfielders could depart.

If Thiago was to move to Liverpool and join Jurgen Klopp’s side there is no question he would make them an even stronger force.

Thiago would offer Liverpool even more composure and creativity in the middle of the park.

As it stands Liverpool simply haven’t been able to pay Bayern’s asking price for the 29-year-old, but that could change if one of their current midfielders does depart.
