Allan is currently undergoing the third loan spell of his short Liverpool career.

Brazilian starlet Allan says he hopes to return to parent club Liverpool next season after spending the current campaign on loan with Hertha Berlin, according to the Liverpool Echo.
The Reds completed the signing of the highly-rated defensive midfielder last summer, the then-18-year-old arriving at Anfield for £500,000 from Internacional, according to the Daily Mail, before spending the early stages of last season training with the first-team.
However, work permit issues meant Allan was unable to make his mark on Merseyside, leading him to up sticks for the German capital after enjoying temporary stints in Belgium and Finland last season.
And, although Hertha are sixth in the Bundesliga, five points behind champions Bayern Munich, Allan is yet to impress coach Pal Dardai (below) and has featured in just 250 minutes of Bundesliga action after gifting Carlo Ancelotti’s side a clinching goal on his debut in September.

Allan needs to find more regular game time in Germany if he is to earn a work permit and the right to finally make an impact at Anfield, however, and the midfielder admits that he hopes he will get the opportunity sooner rather than later.
“Of course, my goal is to play for Liverpool,” Allan said in quotes reported by the Liverpool Echo.
“What happens, if I do not get the necessary number of games to get a work permit for England, I’ll have to see.
“Without the Europa League, these games are more difficult to achieve. In general, I feel very good at Hertha.”
Liverpool have enjoyed a superb start to the season in Allan’s absence, with the midfielder forced to watch on in envy as The Reds sweep aside opponents with their swashbuckling high-press and all-out attack.
And the youngster believes Liverpool can finally clinch a first Premier League title this term under the charismatic management style of Jurgen Klopp.

“Jurgen Klopp makes Liverpool better.
“Liverpool is now playing Klopp football – with lots of energy. The team attacks, the opponent hardly rests. They can be champions.”
