Bob Bradley needs to win Swansea fans over quickly to give him the best chance of succeeding and he has the perfect opportunity this weekend.

It’s been a strange time at Swansea over the last week or so with Francesco Guidolin getting the boot for American coach Bob Bradley and the move hasn’t been whole-heartedly backed by the Swans’ faithful.
Bradley may find it tough to win fans over at the Liberty Stadium with Swansea fans fearing an American revolution at the club but he’ll desperately need their support if he wants to avoid the drop with his new club.
It’s going to be no easy task for Swansea to finish outside the bottom three this season having failed to strengthen significantly in the summer window and now changing bosses so early in the campaign.
Bradley hasn’t got the best credentials to take the job with very little club experience and even less club success to his name. The former USA boss has his work cut out but he’ll know he can get fans on-side with a shock result this weekend.

That won’t be easy either – Swansea travel to high-flying Arsenal on the weekend to round off a tough set of fixtures which saw Guidolin lose his job last week.
On paper, this looks like an easy win for Arsenal but Swansea have defied the odds plenty of times in the past and you can’t rule it out here.
If Bradley can get his team playing with spirit as they have been in the last few games, then he has every chance of picking up his first points as Swansea boss.

It may look like the worst fixture Bradley could have drawn but it may be a blessing in disguise. If Swansea take even one point, then Bradley will have already secured the support of at least half of the Swans fans.
It’s a perfect opportunity for Bob Bradley to show what his teams are all about and to prove why he’s the right man for the job. However, if he gets it horribly wrong and his opening statement is a poor one, you would fear for him before his tenure has really begun.
It’s a huge game for the former USA boss and he must rise to the occasion as well his team.
