Spurs passed up the chance to go top of the Premier League, instead ending the day in fourth with 19 points, while the Cherries sit in 10th after a steady start to their second season in the top flight.
Bournemouth had to be at their best to get anything from their clash with Spurs, and midfielder Arter was at the heart of everything good about Eddie Howe’s team.
