Bournemouth are interested in Chelsea legend John Terry, according to reports.
Bournemouth fans have taken to Twitter following reports that their club have made an audacious move to sign Chelsea centre-back John Terry.
According to Sky Sports, the Cherries – who recently had to deal with the Premier League leaders recalling Nathan Ake from his loan spell on the south coast – have attempted to bring another defender in from Stamford Bridge by making a bid to sign John Terry on loan until the end of the season.

Although Jack Wilshere’s decision to move to the Vitality Stadium on loan in the summer suggested that Eddie Howe’s men are earning more respect amongst the top flight heavyweights, it would still arguably be a massive surprise to see the former England captain end up leaving Chelsea for Bournemouth.

The 36-year-old is reaching the twilight of his career and has struggled for opportunities under Antonio Conte, but while he may relish a fresh challenge that sees him enjoy more regular first-team football, Bournemouth may not represent the challenge that Terry wants to take on.
Nevertheless, Cherries supporters have been excited about the prospect of landing the veteran – whose only spell away from Chelsea in his career came in 2000 when he played six games for Nottingham Forest – and have begrudgingly admitted that the divisive defender may be an excellent addition.
